Frequently asked questions
The questions we are asked most often, answered here rather than by e-mail.
What is TilesCera?
TilesCera is a digital library that lists all ceramic building materials on a single platform and brings companies and users together. It serves as a comprehensive resource for discovering ceramic products, brands, and inspiration.
Is TilesCera free to use?
Yes. Browsing brands, products, catalogues and inspiration costs nothing, and a company pays nothing to be listed either.
How do I create an account?
Open Account from the top navigation and choose to register. You give an e-mail address and a password, accept the data-protection notice, and confirm the address through the link we e-mail you. Signing up with a social media account is not offered.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Open Account, choose to sign in and follow "Forgot your password?". We e-mail a link to the address on the account; it is single-use and expires, so ask for a new one if it has gone stale. Setting a new password ends every session that was open, on every device.
What languages does TilesCera support?
English, and nothing else. Every page, product, brand and help-centre answer is written in English.
