Open Account, choose to sign in and follow "Forgot your password?". We e-mail a link to the address on the account; it is single-use and expires, so ask for a new one if it has gone stale. Setting a new password ends every session that was open, on every device.

Ratings on a brand page are the average of the reviews that were published — a brand with none shows no rating at all.

TilesCera makes no personalised recommendations and does not profile what you browse. What an account gives you is what you choose yourself: favourites you save, requests you follow, and the comparison table you build from the products you pick.
