Every product and brand page on TilesCera has a way to reach the manufacturer. A clear request gets a faster and more useful answer.

Two kinds of request

A product request asks about products a brand already makes: samples, availability, quantities for a project. A custom production request describes something the brand would make to order, such as a special size, colour or finish.

What to include

  • The project: its type, location and schedule.
  • Quantities with their unit: square metres, pieces or boxes.
  • Drawings as PDF files and reference images, attached to the request.
  • How you would like to be contacted.

What happens next

The request reaches the brand’s team in its TilesCera workspace. The brand answers each item, accepting or declining it, and you can follow your requests from your account.

One project, several brands

A request can go to more than one brand. Each brand sees its own part of it, and not who else was asked.
